Ridge has made white wine exactly once before this — the famous Monte Bello Chardonnay. The Grenache Blanc is their extraordinary second act. Sourced from three west-side Paso Robles sites, blended with 14% Picpoul Blanc and 2% Roussanne, fermented in a combination of American oak, French oak, and clay amphorae.
