It is the apex of the aromatic freshness provided by the white grapes cultivated on the high hills, reaching elevations up to 900 meters above sea level: mainly made with the Catarratto variety, blended with Catarratto, Pinot Bianco, Sauvignon blanc and Traminer Aromatico for structure, aroma and acidity.
