About the Whiskey:
A blend of straight bourbon and straight rye whiskeys aged between 10 and 19 years, bottled at 101 proof (50.5% ABV).
The straight bourbon whiskeys use a 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% barley malt recipe from MGP, alongside a 60% corn, 36% rye, and 4% malted barley recipe also from MGP.
The straight rye whiskeys comprise a 95% rye and 5% barley malt mash bill from MGP and an 80% rye, 20% malted rye mash bill from High West Distillery (HWD).
“We re-evaluated Bourye in 2026 to better showcase the elegance and complexity of its 10+ year old whiskeys,” the brand stated. “With the rich, decadent flavor that emerges in whiskey over long maturation, this blend can boldly embrace a higher proof while maintaining balance, depth, and approachability.”

Tasting Notes:
Candied lemon, apricot jam on shortbread, caramel macaron, pfeffernüsse spice cookies, toasted cinnamon stick, dried ginger, and springtime meadow on the nose. The palate offers grilled peaches, orange blossom, chocolate-covered haystack, soft molasses biscuit, brown sugar bacon, black licorice, sarsaparilla, lavender, warm brown leather, and rustic log cabin. The finish delivers sticky toffee pudding with ginger tea.
