About the Winery:
Jean-Remy Rapeneau is a fourth-generation French vintner and key executive in the Rapeneau family's Champagne empire. He serves in multiple leadership roles, overseeing international sales for the family's extensive wine portfolio and managing operations at historic estates within the region. This wine is named for Jean-Remy Rapeneau's mother's maiden name.

The wine is sourced from Premier Cru vineyards in the Vallée de la Marne, crafted by the Coopérative Vinicole Le Val-d'Or—a cooperative of over 100 small family growers based in Avenay-Val-d'Or.

About this Wine:
Composed of 40–45% Pinot Noir, 30–35% Pinot Meunier and 15–20% Chardonnay, this cuvée undergoes primary fermentation in small oak casks with malolactic fermentation avoided at the historic G.H. Martel house (founded 1869), yielding a powerful, full-bodied wine with richness and staying power. Aromas of pear, spice and vanilla lead into a creamy, refined palate with verve, tension and delicate pinpoint bubbles.
