The Honke Matsuura Shuzojo Brewery was founded in 1804 in Tokushima Prefecture and is the oldest brewery in the region. Their juicy, refreshing sake offers aromatic notes of tropical fruit with hints of caramel and nuts. The layered palate is lively and fresh, with a generous acidity and sweetness on the finish.

About This Sake:

Tokushima prefecture, where Narutotai sake is produced, is a leader in LED light innovation. The brewers wondered what would happen if they continuously exposed sake yeast to various types of LED light. The resulting yeast mutation gives this junmai ginjo a delightfully complex profile, featuring an aroma reminiscent of tropical fruit and candied nuts, a juicy body with notes of apple and yogurt, and a clean, dry finish.
